Wilson Shaw is a boutique legal practice based in the City of London which specialises in advising and representing clients with commercial disputes involving the application of English law.
We advise and represent clients involved in or considering commercial litigation primarily in the High Court of Justice; in arbitration commenced either in the UK or overseas (ICC, LCIA, AAA, UNCITRAL rules); in mediation and/or settlement negotiations. We are particularly interested in assisting clients with dispute prevention or dispute minimisation.
We also specialise in advising and representing clients in connection with regulatory investigations, particularly in the financial services sector and in health and safety investigations involving civil engineering and construction.
We are passionate about what we do but we never forget that most clients are not in the business of commercial disputes and wish to resolve such disputes as quickly, effectively and cost effectively as possible.
